A local brokerage.
A more useful website.
The site needed to explain a brokerage that handles more than home sales, while making its office listings and real people easy to find. It also needed to reflect the firm’s local, independent identity and give visitors practical next steps.
We built the site around a simple promise: one call connects you to the people coordinating the work. Clear service pages, listing categories and agent profiles support that message. The existing mountain mark, red calls to action and restrained navy details keep the experience connected to the brokerage’s identity.
What we built.
Listings with a clear scope
Residential, commercial and land categories help visitors browse the office’s inventory and reach the right agent. The site identifies that inventory accurately as office listings, rather than presenting it as a complete MLS search.
People and services, easy to find
Individual agent profiles and dedicated buying, selling, commercial and investment pages connect visitors with the relevant expertise and a direct way to get in touch.
A branded financial calculator
The amortization calculator adds a useful interactive tool alongside the brokerage’s services. It is an example of a website growing into custom functionality that supports the work around it.
The live result.
The live site gives the office a single place to present its listings, explain its services and introduce its people. The calculator extends that experience with a practical tool visitors can use while exploring financing scenarios.
